Definitions

• Preorder: Not yet available; ships when released.
• Backorder: Temporarily out of stock; ships when replenished.

Timelines

• Estimated ship dates appear on the product page and in your confirmation email.
• We’ll notify you by email if dates change.

Charges

• Your card may be authorized at checkout and charged prior to shipment per our payment policy.

Managing your preorder

• You can update sizes or cancel within 24 hours; after that, email [e-mail].
