Customization policy (name/number)

Lead time

• Adding a custom name/number typically adds 2–4 business days to processing.

Changes and cancelations

• You can request changes or cancel within 24 hours of purchase (before production starts). Email [e-mail] with subject “Change Order #[ORDER #].”

Final sale

• Customized jerseys are typically final sale unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made an error (spelling/number mismatch).

Guidelines

• Character limits: Most adult sizes fit up to 12 characters (including spaces); youth may be fewer.
• Formatting: Uppercase lettering by default; numbers 0–99.
• Restricted content: We can’t print profanity, hate speech, or trademarked names not authorized for customization.

Quality issues

• If something looks off, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can fix it fast.
